2004 Troy Tulowitzki USA National Team Game Used Jersey

Certificate No: 57361

Troy Tulowitzki has firmly established himself as one of the best shortstops in baseball.  He has done this on both sides of the ball, being exceptional at both hitting and fielding.  Before he made his way to the Major Leagues, like so many other great players that the game has seen, he played a season for the U.S. National team while he was still in college.  There he joined with outstanding college players like Luke Hochevar, Alex Gordon and Ryan Zimmerman.  They honed their skills playing against players from around the globe as well as making some stops around some of the other amateur leagues in the U.S.

Players were issued red, white, and blue jerseys.  They were also issued special jerseys for special games and events. For your consideration today is Troy's regular-issue blue jersey. The jersey shows good, but limited wear, consistent with the number of games played for Team USA. The jersey comes from the private collection of a USA Baseball collector and is sourced from USA Baseball itself.

2006 Darrelle Revis Game-Worn University of Pitt Jersey

Certificate No: 55216

With Rex Ryan steering the ship, it won't be long before the Jets are Super Bowl bound. One of the rocks in the secondary is Darrelle Revis. In fact, many consider Revis the premier shutdown corner in the NFL. Right Ocho Cinco. Revis first made waves while at the University of Pittsburgh. While at Pitt, Revis donned this size "44" Adidas-made pullover. Decent wear is exhibited on the jersey with contact marks on the left shoulder. All of the identifiers are applied in gorgeous three-color formation. Each identifier has puckered noticeably, and the back numbers feature contact marks. Both sleeve ends are ribbed. Adidas and Big East (scuffing) patches accentuate the front. Sewn in the tail is a Adidas size label and "04" year identifier. College jerseys are among the hardest to locate.

Early ’90s Alex Van Pelt Game-Worn, Signed Pitt Panthers Jersey “GU”

Certificate No: 54739

Alex Van Pelt owned several quarterback records for the University of Pittsburgh when he completed his collegiate career. After his success at the college level, Van Pelt enjoyed an 11-year career in the NFL.

This size "46" jersey was worn by the QB when he played for the Panthers. According to a jersey source, the team did not employ jerseys with names on the backs from 1990-92 due to the philosophy of coach Paul Hackett.

This jersey shows use with minor scuffing on the left shoulder striping. The team played its games on artificial turf at old historical Pitt Stadium.

Sewn in the tail is a size Russell Athletic label and fabric content indicator. Van Pelt signed the front "0" and inscribed "Hail to Pitt., 11,267 yds and G.U."

Dazzle cloth shoulders support a mesh body. All of the identifiers are heat pressed. The photo is for reference (style).
