2001 Anna Kournikova "Denver Classic" Match-Worn, Signed Tennis Dress

Few professional tennis players have ever looked as good as Kourniova, either figuratively or literally, while performing in a simple white Adidas tennis dress. The talented star with pin-up looks and curves wore this actual garment during two matches of the 2001 MS Tennis Classic staged at the University of Denver's Magness Arena, including the marque event in which Anna faced-off against arch rival Monica Seles, as well as a mixed doubles match featuring Murphy Jensen & Seles vs Luke Jensen & Kournikova. This match-worn dress was obtained the same evening at a charity auction hosted by the Denver Post. Classically-styled short white tennis dress shows fine use, with Adidas proper tagging, traditional piping and a low V-cut neck; size medium. The provenance is impeccable and Kournikova has personally verified ownership by inking a huge bold signature across the chest in black marker.
